Meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee for Combating Corruption with the participation of Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin will take place at 3А Sadova street, session hall No. 330.
Meeting’s agenda envisions the following issues:
1. I. Hearing of Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin, Interior Affairs Minister Arsen Avakov, and Chairperson of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, as to:
— measures taken by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine to determine and bring to responsibility persons guilty of crimes against civilians of November 30, 2013; December 1, 2013; February 18, 2014; and February 20, 2014, and other crimes related to kidnapping, torturing, beating of citizens/participants of the Dignity Revolution;
— investigation into corruption and economic offences by officials/representatives of the previous authorities the European Union introduced sanctions against;
— status of criminal proceedings against judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine criticized for unconstitutional decisions facilitating usurpation of power by former president V.Yanukovych.

16. Sending of Committee’s repeat appeal to Interior Affairs Minister Arsen Avakov as to holding of full, comprehensive inspection into actions of employees of the Ministry of Interior Affairs/former employees of the Berkut riot police.
17. Appeal of Verkhovna Rada deputy/head of the sub-committee for combating corruption, K.Mateichenko, as to unsatisfactory staff work of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraine.
18. Appeal of Verkhovna Rada deputy/member of the Committee, I.Melnychuk, as to examination of legitimacy of the use of funds provided to Ukraine in the frames of the Kyoto Protocol.
