No. 11282 – established the Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the use of the state budget of Ukraine aimed at the construction of fortifications and engineering barriers on the contact line, as well as the manufacture and purchase of unmanned aerial vehicles for military units and subdivisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
IN GENERAL:
No. 8316 – amended Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Critical Infrastructure” (regarding the settlement of disputes concerning the state's ownership of state-owned critical infrastructure facilities);
No. 11092 – amended certain laws of Ukraine to improve the system of initial general military training;
No. 11150 – amended certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the protection of the interests of owners of land shares (units), as well as the application of administrative procedures in the field of land relations;
No. 10265 – amended certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the implementation of European legislation on roaming;
No. 10094 – amended certain laws of Ukraine to address urgent issues in the healthcare and social spheres.
FOR THE BASIS:
No. 9092-3 – proposed amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences regarding the powers of parking inspectors in the field of road safety;
No. 10190 – proposed to amend the Criminal Code of Ukraine to establish liability for electronic communication fraud;
No. 9362-1 – proposed to amend the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences and the Criminal Code of Ukraine to introduce liability for violation of requirements for the maintenance and operation of civil defence facilities;
No. 11068 – proposed to amend the Code of Administrative Offences to increase liability for petty theft of property;
No. 10236 – proposed amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine to increase liability for illegal activities in the field of trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors during martial law.
