«Speaker of the Saeima of Latvia Inara Murniece visited Ukraine in March, despite all the danger. Such a powerful signal cannot be forgotten.» Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk emphasized this during a meeting with the Speaker of the Saeima of Latvia Inara Murniece.
He also reminded that honorable Inara Murniece was impressed by the effective work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during the war and noted that our experience is a model for Latvian colleagues.
«I am sure that Latvia will become a reliable partner in restoring the damaged infrastructure.» Ruslan Stefanchuk is convinced.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada noted, that In the liberated regions, we need normal logistics and working enterprises.
«We need qualified and experienced designers, contractors, and architects. And, of course, volunteers. Everyone who could participate in the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects for the recovery of Ukraine.» Ruslan Stefanchuk stressed.
