Andrii Parubii, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine made a complimentary address to Kyivans with regard to Kyiv Day now under way.
‘I do admire Kyiv, though I’m hailing from Lviv region. I reckon Kyiv among my home cities,’ said he.
‘I cordially thank you, my dear Kyivans, for your patient toil, love, and care you put in the city development. On this festive day in May I wish you all a sound health, joy, inspiration, and unfailing power for new efforts to further magnificence and splendour of our golden-domed Kyiv!’.
Andrii Parubii also warmly greeted all Ukrainians with the Border Guard’s Day, having underlined the outstanding and imperishable part of our frontier forces in deterring the Russian aggression.
