"Every Russian criminal must bear responsibility for what he has done. I am convinced that the UN International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court will have their say," said Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk.

At the same time, the Speaker of the Parliament noted that it is important to create a Special Criminal Tribunal on an ad hoc basis, i.e. for a specific case. "The tribunal should deal exclusively with crimes related to Russia's military aggression against Ukraine and the genocide of the Ukrainian people," he added.

"This means that the fact of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine is individualized from among hundreds of other cases that are being considered in courts of general international jurisdiction," explained Ruslan Stefanchuk.

In the end, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasized that Russia has and will receive a fair verdict: "Undoubtedly! As well as the fact that the Russian Federation will receive the verdict that the whole world recognizes. Mass murders, atrocities, torture, abuse - the Russians will not get away with it! And you shouldn't count on impunity."
