The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, spoke about the key decisions of the Parliament of Ukraine during the last plenary sitting on the UA Together telethon. He noted that 17 legislative acts were adopted at the plenary session yesterday.
"We have expanded the powers of local self-government during martial law; reduced the bureaucratic burden on farmers; simplified the provision of land for use during the war; strengthened the protection of workers' rights. We also resolved a number of issues related to urban planning activities and improved the mechanism for counteracting raids. In addition, according to the court decision, we allowed to confiscate the property of those who supported the russian aggression and optimized the tax burden on domestic gas companies," Ruslan Stefanchuk informs. He has already signed the laws passed yesterday.
The Ukrainian Parliament continues to work on new legislative initiatives that are important for strengthening defense capabilities, fighting the aggressor and its collaborators, as well as supporting the economy and social sphere.
