First, he noted that the deputies must timely approve the decision of the President on the admission of units of the armed forces of other states to the territory of Ukraine in 2022 to participate in multinational exercises (No. 6359).
He also suggested adding to the agenda the bill №5409 banning the use of animals in circuses, the adoption of which is required by a number of public organizations for the protection of animal rights.
He appealed to the leaders of the parliamentary factions and groups with a request to submit proposals to the Plan of Legislative Work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for 2022 by December 20.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also announced the establishment of a Scientific Advisory Council on Legislation this week, which will include the most professional scientists and practitioners.
