30 years of Ukraine's cooperation with Poland can undoubtedly be called a success story. This was stated by Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk during the meeting with Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland Tomasz Grodzki.
"This is just the beginning of a great dialogue. And this dialogue has a great historical basis, where relations between Ukraine and Poland are built on mutual support," said Ruslan Stefanchuk.
Ruslan Stefanchuk reminded that Poland became the first country in the world to recognize Ukraine's independence.
According to him, the Ukrainian side highly appreciates that Poland is a reliable ally of Ukraine in the international arena. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expressed hope for intensifying the dialogue with international partners in order to deter large-scale military aggression in our region.
