Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov is convinced of the need to fight for the hearts and convictions of the people living in the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas.
“We have to work every day to get our people back. To do this, we need to build the state to which they want to return," said Dmytro Razumkov during the press conference "Parliamentarism. Constitution. Independence".
He stressed that the Verkhovna Rada, the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers must work hard on this.
"We need to win the fight for people's hearts and beliefs. That after brainwashing which we observe in the occupied territories during all years of war, we could return people to a normal life," Dmytro Razumkov told.
According to the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada, the mass media also play an important role in this issue. "Much will depend on the media, which shape the perception of Ukraine both within the state, in the temporarily occupied territories and abroad," he said.
