During his speech, the First Vice Speaker told how the data obtained will be used in the future in the legislative process and the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to him, economic growth is impossible without bringing order to the formation of state decisions. The First Deputy Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine singled out 15 main problems of legislative activity and stressed the need to form a correct strategy and plan for the legislative development of the state.
Ruslan Stefanchuk also stressed the need to take into account international obligations and determine a separate quota of bills adopted as acts of political consensus; bills providing representation and other draft acts adopted by the Ukrainian Parliament.
