ON FRIDAY, MAY 13, NEXT PLENARY WEEK OF THE EIGHT SESSION OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE OF THE SIXTH CONVOCATION CAME TO ITS END.
Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, opening the morning sitting informed on the results of the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during the plenary meeting on May 12.
The Chairman of the announced that the representatives of the Deputies fractions suggest listening to the report of the Anatolii Mohyliov, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "During the Government Question's Hour" regarding events in Lviv on May 9.
A. Mohyliov suggested People's Deputies watching video materials on events in Lviv, prepared by the police servicemen.
The Minister briefly informed on the situation.
A. Mohyliov also emphasized that all the illegal actions were short-termed and have no continuation since were immediately stopped by the police officers.
Asked by the People's Deputies, A. Mohyliov informed on measures that were taken immediately to prevent mass infringements upon public order.
A. Mohyliov assured Popeye's Deputies that all the criminal cases after the events in Lviv on May 9 shall be investigated shortly and transferred to the court.
Minister on Internal Affairs disapproved judgments of some political power stating that the policy failed to cope with its obligations and protect the public order. The Minister has highly evaluated skills of the police servicemen.

Fedir Yaroshenko, Minister on Finance of Ukraine, reported the Resolution "On the Budget Policy Guidelines for 2012."
V. Baranov, Chairman of the Committee on Budget informed that the Committee recommends the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the draft resolution in refined version.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the Resolution "On the Budget Policy Guidelines for 2012" by 263 votes.
Chairman reminded that pursuant today the People's Deputies were supposed to listen to information of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine regarding circumstances of detention of Ex-Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yurri Lutsenko. Anatolii Hryshko, Deputy Prosecutor-General of Ukraine read his report.
A. Hryshko briefly reminded the criminal; case against Yu. Lytsenko.
Anatolii Hryshko stated that an announced hunger-strike of Yu.b Lytsenko and some other persons that decided to support Ex-Minister, were thoroughly considered pressure upon prosecution bodies, court and publicity to avoid criminal liability and influence the judicial system.
Deputy Prosecutor-General at the ed of his speech announced that within the stage of per-trial investigation all possible measures had been taken to provide objective and comprehensive investigation of evidences and case investigation in general. Soon Yu. Lutsenko's case shall be transferred to the court. The court shall solve an issue on guiltiness or innocence of Yu. Lutsenko.
A. Hryshko emphasized that this issue is referred exclusively to the competence of the judicial bodies and not representatives of the political power or interested individuals.

At the end of the plenary meetings, the People's Deputies read their inquiries, announcements and motions.
