To the citizens of Rivne Oblast
Dear friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of 75 establishment anniversary of Rivne Oblast.
Celebration of this glorious jubilee would be impossible without awareness and recognition of the merits of many generations and their significant contribution to national revival, socio-economic development and preservation of historical and cultural heritage of the amber land.
We are celebrating this date with sorrow for those who gave their lives for Ukraine’s sovereignty, and being proud of those who defend its eastern borders today. We are proud of our people and particularly of your courageous fellow citizens who, sincerely loving their Homeland, defend it against its enemies
Today Ukraine is living through tough challenges. However, I believe that we will win due to unity and moral courage, and we will gain a foothold as a prospering European country.
Dear citizens of Rivne, may your good deeds serve for strengthening Oblast’s potential, consolidation of society, and may they be worth of the history of not only Rivne, but the entire Ukrainian State!
