The document stipulates that:
1. The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine and the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine ensure placing state orders for covering work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the eighth convocation on the channels of National Television Company of Ukraine and National Radio Company of Ukraine in order and volumes determined by clauses 2, 3 and 4 of this Resolution.
2. The National Television Company of Ukraine and the National Radio Company of Ukraine shall ensure broadcasting of the following content on the First National Channel of the Television Company and First National Channel of the Radio Company respectively:
1) taking an oath by people's deputies of Ukraine;
2) opening sessions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the eighth convocation;
3) considering organizational issues of the first session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the eighth convocation;
4) considering issues on appointing, dismissing the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
5) considering the issue on establishing the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
6) granting a hearing to annual and extraordinary addresses of the President of Ukraine on internal and external situation of Ukraine;
7) conducting "Government Question Hour";
8) conducting parliamentary hearings;
9) meetings regarding responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
10) official speeches and addresses of the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
11) considering other issues on decisions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
3. The National Television Company of Ukraine:
on the days of plenary meetings and of conducting "Government Question Hour" in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, shall ensure broadcasting the informational TV programme "Parliamentary Day" in the evenings on the First National Channel;
every Saturday shall ensure broadcasting 45-minute TV programmes with representatives of deputies' factions (deputies' groups) and non-affiliated people's deputies of Ukraine.
4. The National Radio Company of Ukraine:
shall ensure broadcasting plenary meetings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and parliamentary hearings;
every Thursday shall ensure organizational and live broadcasting 45-minute programmes with representatives of deputies' factions (deputies' groups) and non-affiliated people's deputies of Ukraine.
5. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat:
shall ensure broadcasting plenary meetings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
shall ensure organization of weekly 45-minute programmes with representatives of deputies' factions (deputies' groups) and non-affiliated people's deputies of Ukraine, etc.
6. Editorial board of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine newspaper "Holos Ukrainy":
shall ensure constant and comprehensive coverage of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine work;
shall submit reports of plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
7. The implementation of this Resolution shall be monitored by the Chairperson of the Preparatory Deputy Group, and after establishing a respective committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – by this committee.
