The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On amendments to the Law "On Medicines" re improving the procedure of providing the population with medicines for treating socially dangerous or serious diseases

The document stipulates a simplified registration in Ukraine of medicines that had been registered by a competent US or EU body, i.e. medicines determined to treat such socially dangerous diseases as tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, virus hepatitis, and serious oncological and rare (orphan) diseases.

The Law was adopted in a version of the specialized Committee.

Respective bill was registered under No. 3818.
