The bill (Reg. No. 3818) suggests stipulate a simplified registration in Ukraine of medicines that had been registered by a competent US or EU body, i.e. medicines determined to treat such socially dangerous diseases as tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, virus hepatitis, and serious oncological and rare (orphan) diseases.
It is also suggested to supplement the list of non-registered medicines that can be imported into the customs territory of Ukraine with medicines determined to treat rare (orphan) diseases, which in the prescribed manner are allowed to be used on the territory of the USA or the EU regardless of them being registered by the competent bodies of the abovementioned countries.
