The law determines status of the territory temporary occupied as a result of armed aggression of the Russian Federation; establishes special legal regime on this territory; determines peculiarities of activity of state bodies, bodies of local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations in conditions of this regime, as well as adherence to and protection of rights and freedoms of a person and citizen, and rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of legal persons.
The document determines that forcible registration of the citizens of Ukraine as citizens of other country shall not be recognized.
The law was adopted with consideration of proposals of the people’s deputies, approved in the course of consideration.
The people’s deputies also took the decision to mandate the respective services secure technical legal adjustment of the law in the course of its preparation for signing by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4473-1.
