The bill (Reg. No. 2553a) specifies definition of the term “engineering and transport infrastructure” and suggests use it instead of the terms “engineering networks” and “objects of engineering infrastructures” in the provisions of article 30 of this Law that regulate the issue of share contribution of building owner in the development of infrastructure of the populated area.

Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will promote construction of the necessary socio-economic objects; increase employment level of population; refine the infrastructure and promote improvement of the territory.
