The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Regulation of the Town Planning Activity” (re considering expenses for construction of engineering and transport infrastructure as a share contribution)

The bill (Reg. No. 2553a) specifies definition of the term “engineering and transport infrastructure” and suggests use it instead of the terms “engineering networks” and “objects of engineering infrastructures” in the provisions of article 30 of this Law that regulate the issue of share contribution of building owner in the development of infrastructure of the populated area.

Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will promote construction of the necessary socio-economic objects; increase employment level of population; refine the infrastructure and promote improvement of the territory.
