The bill (Reg. No. 2710) is aimed at improving procedural provisions that regulate legal investigation in wit proceedings.
The draft law suggests supplement clause 1 of article 96 of the Civil Procedure Code and amend article 105-1 of the Civil Procedure Code.
According to the Committee members, suggested amendments to clause 1 of article 96 of the Civil Procedure Code are reasonable, but still require specification regarding the sums, payment of which results from labour relations.
