The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that the Parliament should recommit the draft law on amendments to the Civil Procedure Code regarding the improvement of the institute of writ proceedings

The bill (Reg. No. 2710) is aimed at improving procedural provisions that regulate legal investigation in wit proceedings.   

The draft law suggests supplement clause 1 of article 96 of the Civil Procedure Code and amend article 105-1 of the Civil Procedure Code.

According to the Committee members, suggested amendments to clause 1 of article 96 of the Civil Procedure Code are reasonable, but still require specification regarding the sums, payment of which results from labour relations.
