The bill (Reg. No. 2053a) suggests establish environmental audit in case of liquidation or shut down of enterprises conducting environmentally hazardous activity.

Committee members believe that implementation of bill provisions will promote protection of environment and rational use of natural resources; will ensure environmental safety of life-sustaining activity of a human and help reach harmonious cooperation of society and nature.
