The bill (Reg. No. 2284) suggests supplement the existing law with a provision eliminating restrictions regarding leasing buildings of the abovementioned children’s centers for disposition of educational institutions, irrespective of type of ownership.

People’s deputies noted that during preparation of the bill for the second reading, the Committee will suggest a provision under which, the right to tenancy will be stipulated only for educational institutions of state and municipal ownership.
