Under the resolution, the Commission has to “investigate the circumstances:
of prevention implementation of the right of citizens to hold meetings during the campaign "Arise, Ukraine" in Kyiv on May 18, 2013;
of inflicting bodily harm on the citizens of Ukraine;
of
interference with journalistic activities and inflicting bodily harm on them;
of unlawful inaction of law enforcement bodies”.
Vitaliy Yarema (deputy faction of the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna”) was elected the chairman of the Commission and Andriy Puinchuk (deputy faction of the PARTY OF REGIONS) – its deputy chairman.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2090a.
