The bill (Reg. No. 0975) suggests imposing environmental tax for utilization of out-of-use transport vehicles.
The document provides the list of environmental tax payers and tax-exempt persons.
The bill provides also the list of non-taxable transportation objects.
The draft law establishes tax rates for utilization of out-of-use transport vehicles.
People’s deputies believe that implementation of bill provisions will ensure functioning of the collection, removal, deactivation and utilization system of out-of-use transport vehicles in Ukraine; reduce their negative impact on the environment; and shall provide for additional incomes to the State Budget of Ukraine.
