The document (Reg. No. 2392) suggests granting medical and pharmaceutical employees an annual leave for sanitation in the amount equal to official salary (pay rates).
It is planned to grant this category of population an annual material aid to settle social and living issues in the amount equal to official salary (pay rates) and annual money reward for conscientious work and exemplary discharge of functions in the amount equal to one official salary (pay rates).
It is stipulated that medical and pharmaceutical personnel shall monthly receive long service bonus in the form of additional per cents to the official salary (pay rates) depending on medical work experience: more than 3 years - 10 per cent; more that 10 years - 20 per cent; more than 20 years - 30 per cent.
