Following bills were discussed at the meeting of the Committee: on amendment to close 1 of section II of the “Final Provisions” of the Law “On amendment to several legislative acts of Ukraine re preserving soil fertility” (Reg. No. 1259); on amendment to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re agriculture development) (Reg. No. 2101); on suspension of article 55 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements (re liability for use of agricultural land without land management projects that provide environmental and economic basis of crop rotation and streamline land) (Reg. No. 2066).
Following the discussion, it has been decided to recommend to the specialized committees to submit to the Parliament a proposal to send bills for the revision.
