The bill (Reg. No. 2181) aimed at strengthening control over banks activities in terms of limiting the size of financial penalties for breaching the loan credit agreements. Respective amendments are proposed to the Law "On Liability for Failure to Perform Monetary Obligations" and the Civil Code of Ukraine.
