The bill (Reg. No. 2139) stipulates the possibility to submit application on voluntary registration as a VAT tax payer and/or choosing of a simplified tax payer system by the public register as a supplement to the registration card that is submitted in order to hold state registration of a legal entity or individual-entrepreneur.

It was stressed that implementation of bill provisions will simplify and cheapen the procedure of starting business by economic entities.
