The bill (Reg. No. 2278) aims at regulating legal mechanism of demarcation of Kyiv. In particular, it is proposed to fix the procedure in the current law under which an outside capital borders are set by the Kyiv City Council, taking into account the position of the Kyiv Regional Council. The bill on the subject is included into the legislative initiative of the Cabinet of Ministers. The decision to establish the boundaries of districts is adopted in Kyiv City Council.
