The Committee considered the draft resolution (Reg. No. 2769) and took the decision to refer to the Committee on Budget the following proposal to the State Budget of Ukraine 2014:
equal material security for children with disabilities, regardless of their palce of residence: with foster parents or native families;
full implementation of determined by law social security fir the disabled, war veterans, labor veterans, children of war and other socially oriented groups (sanatorium and resort treatment, technical and other means of rehabilitation, annual lump sum payments, increase of pensions and allowances, etc.);
financing of the State Target Program “National Action Plan for Implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Person with Disabled” till 2020 etc.
