The bill (Reg. No. 2800) is developed to align provisions of the Budget Code with changes in system of central bodies of executive power, particularly, to establish the Ministry of income and levies, eliminate conflicts of laws in the process of defining the terms and conceptual apparatus. The basis for implementation of the authority by the newly established Ministry is bringing the budget legislation in line with the tasks assigned by the President of Ukraine "On several measures to optimize the system of central bodies of executive power" to the Ministry of income and levies in Ukraine.
