“With profound sorrow did Ukrainian members of Parliament accept the news concerning terrorist act in Boston that resulted in loss of life and a significant number of victims,” the telegram reads.

On behalf of people’s deputies of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveys sincere words of support to the near and dear ones of the bereaved and wishes rapid recovery to the injured.
