The bill (Reg. No. 1128) suggests to exclude paragraph 5 of chapter XXI of “the Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Customs Code, according to which till 1 January 2018 equipment and their compounds that are imported by the economic agents for realization of investment projects are exempted from export taxes during the export to the territory of Ukraine.
Members of the Committee deem the adoption of the decision regarding the bill has to be implemented after the consideration of the draft law “On declaring the Law “On stimulation of investment activity in priority sectors of economy in order to create new jobs” invalid” (Reg. No. 1226).
