The Committee on Economic Policy recommend that the Parliament should recommit the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Public Procurement” (re consideration and evaluation of tender offers)

The bill (Reg. No. 2091) suggests to specify certain issues regarding review and evaluation of tender offers in the process of public procurement, namely, to provide a definition of "life cycle cost" and introduce additional evolutional criteria for tender offers; identify particular public procurement procedures, provided by the state contract or under a state guarantee.
