The bill (Reg. No. 2535) was elaborated in order to settle relations arising in the process of legal exercising of state regulation in the sphere of handling with detergents and household products, as well as abolition to use phosphate based detergents and household products on the territory of Ukraine.
People’s deputies believe that implementation of bill provisions shall enhance protection of constitutional rights of citizens to environmental safety and the right to life and health and shall also ensure ecological balance on the territory of Ukraine. The bill shall correspond to the provisions and requirements of the European Union and the Council of Europe.
