The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Executive Proceedings” (re time of executive actions’ proceedings)

It was stated at the meeting of the Committee that the bill (Reg. No. 2159) aims at improvement of conditions and procedure of determining time of executive actions’ proceedings. In particular, the norm was implemented that will allow to proceed executive actions in enterprises strictly on working days, no earlier than 9:00 AM and no sooner than 18:00 PM.

It was stated also that, according to the first chapter of article 11 of the law “On Executive Proceedings”, the state executor is obliged to take measures for compulsory execution of decisions.
