The document (Reg. No. 2520) suggests to amend the procedure of funds investment of financial reserve which is formed on the special account of the State Treasury of Ukraine by operating organization (operator) during the operation of nuclear plant and is used to finance development of project of taking out this plant of commission.

It is predicted also that determining the balance on the special account has to be implemented according to the procedure determined by the government.
