The bill (Reg. No. 2325) suggests to bid export duties on chips and shavings of solftwood and hardwook (4401210000, 4401200000), unprocessed timber with removed or unremoved bark or laburnum etc.
In addition, the export duties will increase revenues to the budgets of all levels from broadening the tax base through the growth of production and sales of industrial products from wood and wood chips that will be processed at domestic facilities.
