The bill (Reg. No. 2303-2) suggests amending the laws “On State Registration of Property Rights to Immovable Property and their Encumbrances”, “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re delimitation of land plots of state and communal property” and “On State Land Cadastre” in order to determine peculiarities of state registration of property rights to land plots that are in state or communal property.
It was stressed that adoption of the bill will allow release social tension in the society; renovate previously concluded lease agreements; secure, previously planned, budget revenues; and improve investment climate in the sphere of land relations.
