The bill (Reg. No. 1154) suggests determining peculiarities of transfer of assets and of sanation banking operations with assets alienated by state banks and banks capitalized by the state, including by making respective amendments to the legislative acts of Ukraine aiming at establishing conditions for proper functioning of the “Rodovid Bank” as a sanation one.
Particularly, it is suggested to:
determine legislative basis for sanation bank operation;
assets account acquired by the sanation bank from public sector banks, and the order of payment for transactions related to such assets;
directing revenues that will be derived by the sanation bank from public sector banks operations with assets, to the State Budget of Ukraine, etc.
