The bill (Reg. No. 1177) aims to bring current legislative acts of Ukraine in accordance with the legislation in regard with the introduction of state registration of rights for real property. In particular, the draft law expectes to exclude from the legislative acts of Ukraine the provisions for state registration of contracts, as well as to supplement the provisions of the relevant rules, which determine the order of acquisition, transfer and termination of ownership and other real rights on real estate.
