The bill (Reg. No. 2105) suggests: to broaden the list of tasks of the National Program of creation military transport aircraft An-70 and its purchase for government defense order due to the inclusion of contracts to supply aircraft for export; to increase turnaround time and funding of the Program.
According to the draft, approximate volume of funding on the first phase will be 4504.4 million, including: 629.6 million to complete the engineering of the aircraft, 757.7 million for the creation of electronic design documentation and two educational and training systems, 1740.1 million for training and development of production, updating existing and creating new production capacities, 1376.9 million for the production and procurement of two aircrafts.
