The respective amendments are to be made to the laws “On Topography-geodesic and Cartography Activity”, “On Land Management”, “On State Land Cadastre” and “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re deregulation of economic activity on land management and land valuation works”.
It was noted that clause 3 of the bill stipulates amending Section II of the “Final Provisions” of the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re deregulation of economic activity on land management and land valuation works”. People’s deputies stressed that this contradicts article 90 of the Law “On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, under which, the bill can stipulate amending the text of the law, code, fundamentals of legislation, etc, but not the law on amendments to this legislative act.
