The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (re responsibility for illegal charges from citizens for access to the beach area)

The bill (Reg. No.) suggests to impose administrative responsibility on illegal charges from citizens for access to the beach area and to determine authority responsible for reports on such administrative offences.

In this regard, it is proposed to supplement the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences with new article 185-13 and to amend articles 221 and 255.

People’s deputies supported the bill, which adoption will allow to provide free access of citizens to beaches and water bodies of Ukraine.
