The bill (Reg. No. 1225) suggests to amend article 33 of the Law “On Labour Safety”, clause 48 of the List of Permits in the Field of Economic Activity and to cancel the norm in article 39 of the Law “On Labour Safety” that enables officials of central body of executive power to supervise labour safety.
It was noted at the meeting that elimination of contradictions between the articles of the laws “On Labour Safety” and “On List of Permits in the Field of Economic Activity” regarding definition of a single term for permit issued for works of increased danger and exploitation (use) of vehicles, machinery, equipment of increased danger, will improve legislation in the sphere of permitting system, which, in turn, will lead to the creation of a favorable business climate in Ukraine.
