The bill (Deg. No. 1083) suggests to impose moratorium on enforced sale of citizens’ property that belongs to the citizens’ of Ukraine, during enforced executing of court decisions re debt collection for housing and utilities services.
Members of the Committee ??commented on the bill regarding that a moratorium on the forced sale of the property must be accompanied by the definition of sources from which debts for any housing and utilities services must be repaid.
People’s deputies deem the bill may be adopted as a basis considering the proposals and remarks made in the process of elaboration for the second reading.
