The bill (Reg. No. 2260) proposes to establish that assignment to positions of leaders of local territorial bodies of ministries, other central bodies of executive power should be consented with heads of local state administrations.
The document contains also a norm, according to which procedure of approval of assignment to positions leaders of enterprises, institutions and organizations that belong to the sphere of administration of ministries and other central bodies of executive power has to be established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
