Participants of the meeting discussed topical issues of development of the art of theatre in Ukraine, Lithuania and Russia. In particular, it was stressed on the necessity to create state financial, material and technical, staff, informational, normative and other conditions for activity and development of the theatres.
Special attention was paid to the necessity of creation of effective legislative mechanism of promoting angel investments and philanthropy in theatre sphere. Representatives of art intelligentsia testified high level of mutual interest in cooperation between Ukrainian, Lithuanian and Russian colleges and stressed on the importance of state contribution to such cooperation.
