The bill (Reg. No. 2234) aims at regulating the issue of number of employees of the State Administration of Ukraine, which is not a part of the system of the bodies of executive power, and the number of its employees is settled by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The bill proposes to amend the articles 127, 147 of the Law “On Court System and Status of Judges”.
According to the members of the Committee, the adoption of the bill will contribute to the strengthening of guarantees of independent functioning of judges.
