According to the part two and three of the article 85 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada, deputy’s factions can propose the following number of people’s deputies to enter the Interim Inquiry Commission:
- Faction of the “Party of Regions” in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – 6 persons;
- Faction of the All-Ukrainian Union "Batkivshchyna" – 3 persons;
- Faction of the Political Party "UDAR” of Vitaliy Klychko – 1 person;
Faction of the All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda" – 1 person;
Faction of the Communist Party of Ukraine – 1 person.
Avakov Arsen Borysovych (Faction of the All-Ukrainian Union "Batkivshchyna") was elected the Chairman of the Interim Inquiry Commission, Deputy Chairman – Shvaika Ihor Oleksandrovych (Faction of the All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda").
The respective draft resolution was registered under No. 2568.
